-70g mentega (salted), dilembutkan pada suhu bilik
-110g gula kastor
-50g plain yogurt/sour cream
-2 biji telur bersaiz besar (suhu bilik)
-2/3 sk esen vanilla
-1 sk parutan oren/lemon (lemon or orange zest)
-140g tepung gandum
-1.5 sk tepung penaik
-Buah-buahan pilihan sebagai toppings (strawberry,blueberry,peach,etc)
1.Add softened butter, yogurt and castor sugar and whip till it is light and fluffy.
2.Add egg one by one and whip till it is creamy.
3. Add vanilla essence and orange zest and whip again.
4.Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder to the mixture.
5.Mix using spatula before whipping again mixture .
6.Grease the cake mould and pour the batter inside.
7.Spread the batter nicely and Arrange your choice of fruits.
8.Bake at 180°c for 35 to 40 mins.
9.Check using skewer to see if the cake is ready or not. Leave the cake to cool at 5 to 10 mins.
10.Sprinkle some icing sugar.
Tips :
-Preheat the oven at 180C at least for 15 minutes before you start to bake
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C (350F) for 35 - 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the cake.
-This recipe is for 8 inch round cake mould or smaller
